2. What Data We Collect
RuleUrInvoice may collect the following types of data:
A. User-Provided Business Data
This is data you manually enter into the app:
- Business Profile: Name, phone, email, address, GSTIN, PAN, bank/UPI details, logo, signature, stamp.
- Customer Details: Name, phone, email, address, city, state, GST/PAN.
- Product Details: Name, price, stock, tax rate, HSN, description.
- Invoice Details: Invoice numbers, paid/unpaid status, total amounts, due dates.
- Records: Expense records (if used).
B. Authentication Data (Online Sync Only)
If you log in using Supabase:
- Email ID
- Encrypted authentication tokens (No passwords are stored by us directly)
C. Device Permissions
We may request:
- Camera Access: For barcode scanner functionality.
- Storage Access: For backup, restore, and saving generated PDFs.
- Internet Access: For data sync, login, and fetching product info via API.
3. Barcode & OpenFoodFacts API
When you scan a barcode:
- The barcode code is sent to OpenFoodFacts API.
- If the product exists → product name & general info may auto-fill.
4. Where Your Data is Stored
📴 Offline Mode
All your data is stored locally on your device only. We do NOT upload it anywhere automatically.
🌐 Online Sync Mode (Optional)
If you enable online sync, data is securely stored on Supabase servers using industry standard security practices.
5. Do We Share Your Data?
We do NOT sell, share for advertising, or share with unknown companies.
We only use Supabase (for sync) and OpenFoodFacts (for barcode lookup) for their intended purposes.
6. Security & Rights
We use SSL encryption and secure cloud protocols. You have the right to access, edit, and delete your data at any time.
Account Deletion: Online users can request deletion by emailing us.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using RuleUrInvoice (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Intended Use
RuleUrInvoice is designed to create invoices, manage customers & stock, track expenses, generate PDFs, and support barcode scanning.
This app is meant for business use only.
3. Free App Notice
Currently RuleUrInvoice is 100% FREE. No subscription, no hidden fees.
4. Accounts & Authentication
You may use the app in Offline mode (no login) or Online mode (Supabase Login).
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and entering accurate business data. We are not responsible for forgotten passwords.
5. Data Ownership
All your data belongs to YOU, not us. This includes business data, customer data, inventory, and invoices.
We do NOT sell or trade your data.
6. Cloud & API Services
The app uses Supabase for auth/sync and OpenFoodFacts API for product lookup.
We do not control the availability or accuracy of external APIs. If an API goes down, barcode lookup may temporarily stop.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We work hard to keep RuleUrInvoice stable. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. We are not responsible for financial loss, business loss, or damages caused by incorrect entry, invoice usage, or third-party errors.
Always verify important financial data.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to: use for illegal activities, create fake invoices, abuse APIs, or reverse engineer the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or block usage if fraud is detected, misuse is reported, or illegal usage occurs.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when adding new features. Updated terms will be posted with a new date.

2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, revocable license to use RuleUrInvoice for business billing/invoicing.
3. Ownership
App code, design, and branding remain the property of Funmakerz. You own your business, customer, and invoice data.
4. Restrictions
You must NOT:
- ❌ Reverse engineer or modify the app.
- ❌ Resell the app.
- ❌ Use for illegal activities or to create fake invoices.
- ❌ Violate financial laws of your region.
5. Third Party Services
The app integrates with Supabase (online sync) and OpenFoodFacts (barcode product lookup). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or downtime.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee unlimited uptime, 100% accuracy, zero bugs, or compatibility with every device. Use at your own responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are NOT responsible for business losses, financial losses, data mistakes by user, API errors, or device damages. Maximum liability is limited to ₹0 as the app is currently free.
8. Termination
We may suspend your access if you misuse the app, illegal actions are detected, or policy violations occur. You may uninstall anytime.
9. Updates
We may push updates to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
