1. Introduction

FunMakerz (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates funmakerz.online and related FunMakerz pages, apps, tools, donation pages, support pages, review systems, and product pages including ChatBond, GradeMate, RuleUrInvoice, SysInfo/SysMain, and other FunMakerz utilities.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use FunMakerz, we may collect:

Name, email address, and state when you make a donation.
Payment-related identifiers such as Razorpay payment ID, order ID, payment status, amount, refund status, and payment failure reason.
Support information such as your name, email address, message, issue type, and any details you choose to send us.
Review information such as your name, review text, rating, comments, account email, and optional uploaded photo.
SysInfo/SysMain interest or license form information such as name and email address.
Basic technical information normally sent by browsers, such as device/browser type, page requests, and security logs handled by hosting or service providers.

We do not collect payment card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, banking passwords, or full payment credentials. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

3. Donations and Payments

FunMakerz donations are handled through Razorpay and Supabase. When you donate, we collect your name, state, email, amount, Razorpay order ID, Razorpay payment ID, payment status, refund status, and payment verification result.

We use this information to:

Create and verify donation orders.
Confirm successful payments.
Exclude failed, cancelled, or refunded payments from donation totals.
Send donation receipt emails and payment failure emails.
Provide support if there is a payment issue.

Automated donation and payment emails may be sent from automated@funmakerz.online.

4. Email Communications

If you donate or interact with payment features, we may send automated emails such as donation receipts, payment failure notices, and payment support information. These emails may include your name, donation amount, payment ID, order ID, and support contact details.

5. Reviews and Community Content

The FunMakerz review page may use Supabase for account login, review posting, comments, real-time updates, and optional image uploads.

Name or display name.
Review text, rating, and comments.
Optional uploaded photo.

Reviews, names, comments, and uploaded photos may be publicly visible on the website.

6. Support Requests

If you contact FunMakerz through support forms, email links, WhatsApp links, or other support channels, we may use the information you provide to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve our tools, and maintain support records.

7. App-Specific Privacy Notes

GradeMate

GradeMate is described as an offline student app. It may allow users to enter student-related information such as name, class, school, marks, attendance, analytics, and study data. Published policy states this data is stored locally by default.

RuleUrInvoice

RuleUrInvoice may process business profile details, customer details, product details, invoices, expenses, stock data, GST/PAN information, and generated PDFs. Barcode lookup may use OpenFoodFacts.

ChatBond

ChatBond is described as a private chat tool with anonymous rooms, encryption, temporary rooms, voice messages, media sharing, notifications, and safety systems.

SysInfo / SysMain

SysInfo Pro is described as an offline hardware/system diagnostic utility. Some website forms may collect name and email for access, licensing, updates, or support.

8. Local Storage and Offline Data

Some FunMakerz tools may use local storage, offline caching, app storage, or files saved directly on your device. Data stored locally remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, sync, upload, or submit it.

9. Third-Party Services We Use

FunMakerz may use third-party services, including:

Razorpay for payment processing.
Supabase for database, authentication, storage, edge functions, and real-time features.
Resend for automated email delivery.
OpenFoodFacts for barcode/product lookup in RuleUrInvoice.
Cloudflare or hosting providers for domain, DNS, routing, security, and website delivery.
Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Tailwind CDN, YouTube embeds, image hosting, and other content/CDN services used by website pages.

10. How We Use Information

Operate FunMakerz websites, apps, and services.
Process and verify donations.
Send donation receipts and payment failure messages.
Provide support and manage reviews/community content.
Improve app functionality and user experience.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and detect fraud.
Comply with legal, tax, payment, and operational requirements.

11. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell donation data.
We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
We do not use student data from offline apps for advertising.
We do not intentionally collect more information than needed for each feature.

12. Data Sharing

We may share information only when necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate FunMakerz, such as payment processors, backend/database providers, email delivery services, hosting providers, or support tools.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce terms, or respond to valid legal requests.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS, payment signature verification, backend-only secret keys, and service-role access controls where applicable. No internet service is 100% secure, so users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary.

14. Data Retention

Donation and payment records may be kept for payment, refund, support, accounting, and verification purposes.
Support messages may be kept for troubleshooting and follow-up.
Reviews and comments may remain until removed or deleted.
Account/auth data is managed by Supabase or the relevant service.

15. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. For public reviews or comments, you may request removal if you posted personal information by mistake. Some payment records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment verification reasons.

16. Children and Students

Some FunMakerz tools are designed for students. GradeMate is intended for students aged 13+ and educational use. Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Parents or guardians may contact us for privacy-related requests.

17. Cookies and Browser Storage

FunMakerz pages may use browser storage, local storage, cookies, or third-party scripts for website functionality, login sessions, embedded content, fonts, reviews, payments, or app behavior. You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, but some features may stop working correctly.

FunMakerz pages may link to external websites, app downloads, YouTube videos, payment pages, APIs, image hosts, social pages, or third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.
